PurePayPayments is a company that was founded in November 2018, but only officially launched in January 2019. The company was started as an idea and a hobby, but as the three months passed, the founders realised that there was a big gap to fill in the merchant market. PurePayPayments specialises in providing high-level payment solutions and customer service, along with competitive pricing and responsiveness. These values are close to the hearts of the founders and they live by them every day, ensuring their customers the best options. PurePay is also unique in offering a wide range of payment options and facilities, from local payment methods to credit card processing. And if this wasn’t enough to entice potential merchants, they also have a powerful API that can be easily integrated into any website or application.

Challenges

PurePayPayments got the majority of their qualified leads from organic search, and knew they had to double down on search engine optimization. After an initial meeting with the owners, we decided to create a new SEO-optimised website to achieve a higher conversion rate and set a foundation for future SEO work.

Execution

With a conversion rate of 9% on the get-a-quote page, PurePayPayments had ambitions to double this conversion rate in conjunction with the SEO work and the new website. With onpage optimisation, a focus on usability and technical SEO, the conversion rate rose to 21%.
